Austria and Germany have a common plan to deposit millions of tons of trash in eastern countries.
Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovakia, etc signed the Basel (Switzerland) convention, among 170

countries. According to this convention, a signatory country may not export trash, including toxic waste
in a non-signatory country. Also, a signatory country may export trash in another
signatory country only with that country's consent, as well as the consent of the transit countries.
Austria and Germany signed this convention as well.
Austria and Germany are exporting millions of tons of garbage (Abfall) including toxic waste
in Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Serbia, Hungary, Poland and other eastern countries.
A multi billion euro garbage/waste/trash = Abfall export industry has been created
in Austria and Germany with the intention to export waste in ex-soviet bloc countries.

According to the common Austro-German plan of removing the garbage from Austria and Germany

the Basel convention is modified within the EU although the EU does not have the right
to modify an international treaty signed by 170 countries
such that certain eastern countries do not have the right to refuse garbage
imports from Austria and Germany for several years, until 2016 for Romania and 2015 for Bulgaria
as long as Austria and Germany declare that the garbage is for "useful purposes"
which means it should be burned to generate electricity.
While some of it is indeed incinerated, most of the garbage, once introduced
across the border into an eastern country, is dumped along the road, in rivers, lakes, forests,
villages and just about anywhere a truck can stop for a few minutes to unload
while no one is looking. Millions of tons of garbage dumped per year in each eastern country.
The garbage seeps into the ground and poisons the ground water
in the water table which is everywhere a few meters below ground, and thus
poisons the ground, plants, animals and people for hundreds or thousands of years to come!
There are strict EU regulations for ecologic waste disposal and thus it is very expensive
to depozit the waste in Germany or Austria, and much cheaper to drive hundreds of trucks
loaded with tens of thousands of tons of garbage every day and abandon it
in eastern countries, including the truck if necessary. Do you remember how the Germans
sunk a ship in the Black Sea loaded with nuclear waste in the 1990s?
It was much cheaper than to deposit the nuclear waste properly in Germany.
Stop all garbage imports into eastern countries at the border!
Germany and Austria would never accept a single truckload of garbage from Romania, Bulgaria, etc.
Don't throw garbage in nature because it poisons the groundwater, soil, plants, animals, people!
Avoid single-use throw-away products and products that break after a few uses and become garbage.
Dumping garbage in eastern countries is one of the dangerous methods used by the EU to exterminate
the populations of the eastern countries, as the EU needs their land and resources,
not their people, except for slave labor, prostitution and organs.
Other methods used by the EU to eradicate the populations of the eastern countries are
"vaccines" with viruses, E-substances in food and contraceptives, all of which cause cancer,
infertility and child defects such as ADHD.
Eastern countries should create the Balkanic Union and get out of the EU before they're poisoned to death.
